Do you charge for local van delivery?
We don’t like to. If you are in Norfolk or North Suffolk (north of Southwold) we provide free delivery for any order with a value of £30.00 + VAT or more (subject to periodic revision - please check when placingyour order). Below this figure we have to add a small order charge to cover delivery costs. If an order is too small to deliver on the van we will send it by post, which we charge for at cost. Outside our local delivery area we supply goods on a mail order basis.
How do I pay?
Local Delivery orders can either be paid for at the time of ordering by any of the major credit/debit cards.
If you are sure you will be there when we deliver you can pay by cash or cheque on delivery.
Mail order goods can be paid for with your credit/debit card when ordering from our online shop using NOCHEX, our secure online payment processing service, or, if you prefer not to do that, by calling our sales office on 01603 714691.
Regular local area customers are welcome to apply for account facilities.
Are your premises open to visitors?
Yes. You’re more than welcome. We’re open every weekday 9am-12.30am and 2.15pm-4.30pm. DON’T GO TO CANTLEY!
We are in Lingwood, 3 miles west of Acle on the A47 Norwich -Yarmouth road. We are BEHIND Lingwood Railway Station, which is on Station Road. Drive into the station and keep going through the back. You can’t miss us!
