PLEASE NOTE: The Cart Total shown on this page doesn't normally include carriage charges.

The Cart Total will only include carriage if you have already gone to the checkout page and chosen your preferred carriage/delivery method and have then come back to the shop pages to continue shopping. It is recommended that you do not choose your carriage method until you have finished shopping, as your chosen method may become unavailable if your order exceeds a certain weight.

A brief run-down of carriage charges:

Local Delivery
If you live in the Norfolk/North Suffolk area shown on the map on the Shopping Cart page (click on View Shopping Cart to see this page) you can choose Local Delivery as your delivery option. If the value of your order exceeds £30.00 + VAT delivery is free. If your order is less than £30.00 + VAT a charge of £3.00 to £7.50 + VAT will be made, depending on order value and distance. Be sure to choose the right delivery zone (see map).Please take care not to choose this option if the delivery is required outside our local area as we will have to contact you to arrange payment of any extra delivery charge, and this will cause a delay in despatch of your order.

Small Order Postal Charge This option will be available to anyone placing an order that weighs up to 1Kg. The charge depends on the weight of the parcel and is based approximately on current postal charge rates. Your order will be sent by first class post.

Parcel Post This is the best option for parcels from 1Kg to 20Kg. Again, the charge is based on parcel weight. Delivery takes 3-5 working days.

Carrier - England & Wales Parcels over 20Kg have to go by carrier. We currently charge £10.00, £15.00 or £20.00 + VAT depending on order weight. The vast majority of orders sent by carrier are charged at £10.00 + VAT.

Carrier - Scotland Parcels over 20Kg have to go by carrier. We currently charge £25.00, £35.00 or £45.00 + VAT depending on order weight. The vast majority of orders sent by carrier are charged at £25.00 + VAT.
