Clear Heavy Duty Polythene Bags in a polythene or paper outer. 500 Gauge (125 micron). Suitable for food use. Ideal for a wide variety of uses where strength is the most important factor. Most are supplied in paper or polythene outers, but some sizes are supplied in cardboard boxes. We are often asked how thick 500 gauge polythene is. If you think of a 25kg polythene bag of sand and cement at a builder's merchant, that's approximately the thickness of these bags. The bags can be sealed with a heat sealing machine.
